How can I get started?

What is your pricing?
Our pricing is transparent and competitive. Please explore our packages and let us know if you have any additional questions.
What is required to secure a date?
A signed contract and a 20% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your date.
How far will you travel?
We will travel as far as our guests need us to! Our pricing includes a 30-mile radius around 48462. For destinations outside of that radius, there is a small milage fee.
Do you provide the alcohol?
The Mini Bar Detroit has options when it comes to the purchase of alcohol. You are able to purchase and provide the alcohol that will be served during your event and whatever is left over is yours to keep. We also have the option to provide alcohol for an additional fee. Contact us to discuss which option works best for your event.
What types of alcohol options can I have?
We create customized alcohol menus based on what you want for your party or event.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry the required licenses and liability insurance for mobile bartending services.

What types of events do you serve?

We specialize in weddings, private parties, graduation celebrations, birthdays, corporate events, showers, and other hosted occasions.

How Far in advance do i have to book?

Due to the nature of event planning, our schedule fills up months, or even years in advance. Contact us as soon as you have your event date locked in so we can get you on our calendar and start planning!

What is your Cancelation policy?

If your event is canceled for any reason, you will be refunded your full contract total minus the initial 20% non-refundable deposit.

How Early do you arrive at the event?

We will arrive to your event with ample amount of time to set-up and familiarize ourselves with your space. If you have a specific timeframe that we are required to be there, let us know during our consultation and we can build a timeline that works for you.

Can you create a custom cocktail menu?

Absolutely. We love crafting signature cocktails that reflect your taste, theme, or occasion.

Do you offer non‑alcoholic or mocktail options?

Yes—mocktails and alcohol‑free options are always available and thoughtfully designed.

Are your bartenders professional and certified?

Yes—all bartenders are experienced, trained, and certified to serve responsibly.

How many bartenders will my event need?

That depends on guest count and drink complexity. We’ll recommend the right staffing to keep lines short and service smooth.

What happens if my event runs longer than planned?

Additional service time can often be added on-site for an hourly fee, subject to availability.

Do you handle cleanup?

Yes—we handle bar breakdown and cleanup related to our service.

Do you serve minors?

No. We strictly follow all local and state laws regarding alcohol service.
